o The email must be sent from your currently registered email address. This step is crucial to verify that you are the legitimate account owner.

2. Include the New Email Address

o In your email, clearly state the new email address you wish to use for your VPOP PRO account.

3. Verification by the Support Team

o Our support team will verify your request. If the email is sent from the registered email address, this helps confirm your identity and ownership of the account. We may ask you additional questions to validate your identity and account ownership.

4. Additional Verification for Organisation Licenses

o If your vPOP PRO account is part of an organizational license (e.g., your practice or hospital pays for your license), we WILL need to obtain permission from the organisation’s account owner or administrator to complete the email address change.

o This step ensures that the change is authorised and recognised by the organisation who is paying for and managing the multiuser / organisational licence.

5. Prohibition of Shared Email Addresses

o Please note that each surgeon requires their own individual license to comply with our terms & conditions of use. Account sharing is strictly against our terms and conditions.

o If the request involves changing the registered email to one that will be accessed by multiple users, it will be denied. Each user must have a unique email address associated with their personal VPOP PRO account.
