How to Change your Password

Log In to Your Account:

  1. Go to the VPOP PRO login screen.
  2. Enter your current credentials (username and password) to log in.
  1. Once logged in, locate the security tab on your profile under the user settings on your dashboard. This is usually found on the left-hand side of the screen.
  2. Click on the security icon.
  3. Select the “Change” button in the password section.

Follow the Instructions in the Email

  1. You will be sent an email containing a password reset link to securely change your password.
  2. Remember to check your junk folder if you haven’t received it.
  3. Click on the link in the email and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Via Password Reset (If You’ve Forgotten Your Password)


  1. Go to the vPOP PRO login page.

Click on ‘Forgot Password’:

  1. On the login page, click on the “Forgot Password?” link.

Enter Your Email Address:

  1. Enter the email address associated with your vPOP PRO account.
  2. Click on “Submit” or “Send Reset Link”.

Check Your Email:

  1. Check your email inbox for a password reset link from vPOP PRO.
  2. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
  1. Open the email and click on the password reset link provided.

Enter New Password:

  1. You will be redirected to a page where you can enter a new password.
  2. Enter your new password and confirm it by entering it again in the designated field.

Save Changes:

  1. Click on the “Reset Password” or “Submit” button to save your new password.
  2. You should receive a confirmation message indicating that your password has been successfully reset.

Log In with Your New Password:

  1. Go back to the login page and log in using your new password.

Tips for a Strong Password

  1. Use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
  2. Avoid using easily guessable information such as your name, birthdate, or common words.
  3. Make your password at least 8-12 characters long.
  4. Consider using a password manager to generate and store strong passwords securely.
